| Application methods: | application temperature 50-60¡æ, pH value 6.0-7.5, normal dosage 1-1.5% owf, ratio 1:8-12, treating for 40-50 minutes, plant trials for garments should be carried out first to define the optimum operation conditions. Enzyme deactivation: if the desired result is obtained, all cellulase should be deactivated, otherwise the strength will loss too much. Two methods are adopted for deactivation: a. treatment with chlorinated bleaching agent b. adding enough alkali to adjust pH value above 9, raising the temperature to 60¡æ and treating 15 minutes. |
